Delivery
Delivery is free on all items. We normally send items using Royal Mail on a 48 hour service.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery of items that are in stock. For specially made items an estimated delivery date will be provided by email.
Returns
We really hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not entirely satisfied then returns are free! You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date it arrived with you. It must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Just let us know that you wish to return it either by phone on 07982 162820 or by email at [email protected] and we will arrange a courier or postal label to be sent to you which you can then attach to the parcel and take to your nearest Evri courier drop off.point or Post office, depending on the item.
Once we have received the item we will initiate a refund.

Damaged goods: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably by email with a photo of the damaged item. We can then arrange for a replacement or a refund and for the damaged item to be collected from you at our expense.
